What is counselling?

Counselling offers you a safe confidential space to explore experiences, issues, emotions and struggles.   Working through these things, can ease and help to manage stress, anxiety, low mood and depression.  Talking to someone can offer a different perspective.   It can help us to grow and develop in ways we didn’t think  possible, it can enable resilience and help us to discover our own inner strength to manage and face challenges with a fresh and new perspective.
